Refund Policy

Erisna guarantees its products with a full resolution or refund policy. Erisna will cancel and refund, or issue a credit, for an order upon request by the client (i.e. Erisna Admin User or a Senior Management employee) within 7 days of the initial (i.e. first) subscription date. The refund/cancellation request must be made by emailing our Refunds department at refunds@erisna.com. PLEASE NOTE: While credits can be processed very quickly, a refund may take up to 14 days to process. In the event that a subscription was purchased for fraudulent use, the purchaser forfeits the right to a refund and/or exchange.
